Birth Doula | Prenatal Guide | Women’s, Prenatal & Baby-Mama Yoga Instructor

For over a decade, Krisztina has been dedicated to supporting women on their transformative
journeys, with a deep focus on the womb, sexuality, prenatal life, and birth. Her work is enriched
not only by her expertise but also by her personal experiences, bringing a rare depth of
sensitivity and authenticity to her teachings.

In today’s fast-paced world, stress is ever-present, and our connection to nature is often lost.
Krisztina believes in creating a safe and nurturing space where women can not only open up but
also receive the support they need—allowing new possibilities to unfold.

Her approach prioritizes body-centered practices that unlock our innate creative potential,
helping women reconnect with their emotions and inner balance at every stage of life.
As a doula, she is passionate about empowering women to consciously prepare for conception,
childbirth, and the sacred postpartum period. Through prenatal yoga and mindful guidance, she
helps expectant mothers feel informed, confident, and supported—while also welcoming partners
into the journey as active participants.

As a birth companion, she embraces the idea that birth is not just the arrival of a child but also a
profound rebirth for the mother. She integrates rituals, traditions, and a deep respect for ancestral
wisdom, guiding women through life’s transitions with grace and reverence.

I welcome sisters, mothers, grandmothers, and expecting women (from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards—please inform us upon registration).

Womb Wisdom

The wisdom of the womb is awakening in women more powerfully than ever, calling us to reconnect—with ourselves, with each other, with our partners, families, nature, and Mother Earth.

Ancient traditions and indigenous cultures have long known that the womb is the source of a woman’s deepest power.

Why is womb work important?

In today’s world, our creative energy is often suppressed, affecting our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. We have drifted away from our true nature, from the guidance of our intuition, and from the sacred force within us—the force that nourishes, heals, receives, and creates.

The womb is not just a place where life begins—it also shapes our capacity for deep intimacy, personal healing, and self-discovery. When we restore our connection to this sacred space, we unlock energy, vitality, and the ability to fully embrace who we are. This inner alignment not only enhances our relationships but also fuels our creative projects, career, and spiritual growth.

Reconnecting with our womb means reconnecting with life itself. It awakens paths we may never have imagined, guiding us toward fulfillment, confidence, and self acceptance.

What happens during womb work?

This retreat offers bodywork practices designed to restore balance and activate your creative potential.

There is profound healing in a supportive circle of women. Through mindful movement, touch, and deep emotional release, we gently reconnect with our bodies while honoring our personal boundaries. This process unfolds in a safe and nurturing space, allowing us to embrace our emotions and integrate healing on a deep level.

Womb work is both a conscious journey and a way of life—one filled with physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual experiences. Grounding and integrating these experiences is essential, so they become part of our everyday lives.

What does it feel like to consciously connect with your womb?

The more attuned a woman is to her womb, the deeper her connection with herself. It is a soft yet powerful space that teaches us to honor our strength while maintaining healthy boundaries. It reminds us of our natural cycles and how to live in harmony with our own rhythm.

This work also restores balance between feminine and masculine energies within us. Healing this Sacred Union within ourselves allows us to open more fully to our partners. When love flows freely from the awakened heart, it draws strength and stability from the limitless power of the
womb.

Women carry a natural duality within them—two powerful forces coexisting. One moves on the
surface, easily visible, while the other emerges from deep within, sometimes only revealing itself
briefly before retreating.

Recognizing and embracing both aspects is essential for balance.

Society often fragments women into roles, striving for perfection in many areas. This session
explores the wisdom and strength that arise when we integrate these aspects into a unified whole.

Menstruation is a time of renewal and purification. Recognizing this cycle helps maintain
balance in both body and spirit. Observing and honoring our cycle allows us to celebrate our
womanhood.

wisdom passed down from mother to daughter.

Our retreat is specifically tailored for pregnant women as a solo-babymoon experience, focusing on individual empowerment and growth. We recognize the significance of including partners in this transformative journey. Therefore, we equip expectant mothers with valuable insights and resources to share with their partners upon returning home, ensuring both parents are united and ready for the remarkable adventure into parenthood. This also creates an intimate and nurturing environment that encourages strong connections between attendees (which from our experience otherwise wouldn’t happen).

If you don’t already have travel insurance (e.g., included in some premium credit card contracts), we suggest considering one, so that all your costs are covered in the event of unforeseen pregnancy or health complications preventing you from attending. We’ve researched and can recommend options that cover the retreat fee and other travel expenses such as flights. These insurances typically range from a one-time payment of 15 to 50 euros and can easily be signed up for online on the insurers’ websites. Please reach out to us for detailed information and assistance in choosing a plan that suits your needs.

Flights are the only thing that are NOT included 🙂 The retreat is an all-inclusive experience and it includes luxurious accommodation in with en-suite bathroom, holistic expert-designed activities, nutritious and delicious meals around the clock, a massage, refreshments, delightful surprises, post-retreat support, and airport transfers.

Our private chef tailors each meal to your specific dietary preferences and restrictions. After booking your retreat, we’ll gather detailed information about your dietary needs to ensure every dish meets your personal requirements, ensuring a safe and delightful dining experience.

Yes, comfortable transportation at fixed time from and back to the Airport and city centre (when applicable) is included in the retreat.

We recommend packing comfortable clothing for movement sessions and activities, a swimsuit if you’d like to enjoy the swimming pool as well as any personal items you may need. We will provide a detailed packing list prior to your arrival to ensure you are fully equipped.

While the Glowcation retreat focuses on empowering expectant mothers, we ensure the experience extends to your partner as well. After the retreat, you’ll receive access to a series of video courses created for couples. These are designed to involve your partner in your journey, helping both of you prepare for the arrival of your new family member together.

The retreat includes daily morning movement sessions, guided relaxation and visualization exercises, therapeutic massages and nurturing treatments, comprehensive workshops on pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and early motherhood, personalized sessions for empowerment, creative, fun, and social activities for connection and positive memory-making, and free time for personal reflection and relaxation.

The retreat offers exquisite, locally-sourced cuisine prepared with love by our in-house nutritionist, thoughtfully designed to nourish and delight both mother and baby. We accommodate cravings and dietary preferences to ensure that every meal satisfies and nourishes you.

If you cancel at least 10 weeks prior to the retreat start date you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to the retreat start you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made with 4 weeks or less of the retreat start date.

The ideal time is during your second & early third trimester of pregnancy, from week 14. We kindly recommend that you consult with your personal healthcare provider before planning any travel to ensure it’s safe for you and your baby. And remember, there’s no one else quite like you, and there’s no pregnancy quite like yours. It very much depends on your overall health, energy levels, and how you feel. Please note that some airlines may require a medical certificate from your healthcare provider (after 28 weeks of pregnancy). This document typically confirms that you are fit to travel, and it may include your expected due date.

Absolutely! On average about half of our participants are seasoned moms, so our educational sessions are thoughtfully tailored with that in mind. They focus on empowerment, personal growth, and navigating your unique pregnancy journey – not just the basics. As one second-time mom shared: „I wasn’t sure if I’d get much out of the sessions, but they gave me a whole new perspective. I left feeling more empowered and connected than ever.” And remember, this is your time. You can join the sessions that resonate most with you or simply take the opportunity to relax and recharge in your own way.

Yes, we offer a post-retreat community for ongoing guidance and resources after the retreat, ensuring continued support throughout your pregnancy and transition into motherhood.
