Canaan Experience Vacation

Investors receive a 20% discount on accommodation services.

Profitable Investment

Investors will receive ownership stake in Mosolyka’s business, which will acquire the luxury estate.

The investment will represent a ownership relationship.

Investors will regularly receive dividends from the profitability of the luxury estate each year. There is no minimum investment amount. Join Mosolyka’s venture and have a share in the Canaan luxury estate.

HOW MUCH IS THE EXPECTED RETURN?

The expected return greatly depends on the utilization of the luxury estate. Several calculations have been made on this question. We intentionally do not want to overstate it. Therefore, at the moment, with a 65% occupancy rate, an expected annual return of 5-6% can be anticipated. For an 85% occupancy rate, the expected annual return is 6-7%. With a 90% occupancy rate, it can reach 7-9%. These returns are considered optimal for euro-based investments.

You can later sell your business share, allowing the invested amount to flow back to you with the expected increase in property value. This way, you can not only enjoy current returns but also profit from future appreciation in property value.

HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM INVESTMENT?

10% of investors enter with an investment of over 50 million forints, while 90% of investors enter with an investment of less than 50 million forints. There is no minimum investment amount.

WHAT ARE THE SAFEGUARDS?

Property Collateral: The luxury estate serves as property collateral, with a current value of 4 million euros.
